Responsibilities:
As a Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that support the successful management and execution of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Updating project dashboards, metrics, SLA scorecards, and performance summaries to provide clear and concise insights into project progress.
- PMO Process Management: Managing PMO processes, including project chartering, documentation, ticketing systems, reporting workflows, and communication protocols.
- Documentation and Governance: Maintaining project repositories, ensuring version control, and upholding governance compliance standards.
- Status Reporting: Preparing weekly and ad-hoc project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Coordination and Escalation: Coordinating with internal teams and client PMO stakeholders to address and resolve process and tool-related escalations efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Deliverable Management: Managing multiple program deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management or PMO environments.
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, Consulting, Finance, or Insurance sector.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum/Agile.
- Familiarity with project KPIs, SLAs, utilization matrices, and governance frameworks.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
