Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and execute method validation protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and raw data in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform analytical method validation, verification, and transfer for various analytical techniques, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV).
- Ensure strict adherence to ALCOA+ principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, Complete, Consistent, Enduring, Available) and maintain data integrity throughout the documentation process.
- Participate in investigations, deviation management, and the timely closure of Change Control Forms (CCFs).
- Compile, verify, and validate analytical data, ensuring complete traceability and accuracy.
- Maintain proficiency in using computer systems such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Chromeleon, and Empower for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and regulatory requirements related to method validation.
Qualifications:
- Education: MSc / BSc in Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in QC Method Validation within a pharmaceutical (API/Bulk Drugs) company.
- Experience: Must have worked in a USFDA/EU-approved facility.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and data integrity requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The expected CTC (Cost to Company) range for candidates with 2-4 years of experience is ₹4.0 – ₹6.5 LPA, based on current industry standards and individual qualifications.
