Job Summary
The Executive – Regulatory Affairs is responsible for providing regulatory support and ensuring compliance for Kenvue’s Skin Health & Essential Health products in India. This role involves preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers, monitoring regulatory changes, responding to queries from regulatory authorities, and contributing to internal and external policy shaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian cosmetics and commodities regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely regulatory support for existing and upcoming Skin Health & Essential Health products.
- Prepare, submit, and track regulatory dossiers for cosmetics and commodities.
- Approve artworks and product labels within the artwork management system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes in OTC, cosmetics, and medical device regulations across relevant markets.
- Respond to regulatory queries from CDSCO, State Drug Control Offices, ASCI, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure audit readiness and strive for zero critical regulatory observations.
- Support claim approvals and promotional material reviews for compliance.
- Contribute to internal and external policy shaping activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- PG Diploma/Certification in Regulatory Affairs.
- 6–7 years of experience in cosmetics and commodities regulatory domain within the Indian market.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Drugs, NPPA matters, and Medical Devices regulations.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
