Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance & Drug Product Manufacturing at Chiron Behring Vaccines
Chiron Behring Vaccines Pvt. Ltd. (a Bharat Biotech company) is seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join our teams in Ankleshwar, Gujarat and Hyderabad. We are holding a walk-in interview event on November 30th, 2025, in Vadodara for Quality Assurance and Drug Product Manufacturing roles. Job Summary
We are hiring for various roles in Quality Assurance (QA) and Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM). QA roles focus on maintaining the quality and compliance of our products and processes, while DPM roles involve the sterile formulation, filling, and lyophilization of drug products. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates to apply.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Perform IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) activities to ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation control, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Execute validation activities for equipment, processes, and methods.
- Support regulatory affairs activities, including documentation and compliance.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.
Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM):
- Perform compounding, blending, and batch manufacturing activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute aseptic filling, sealing, vial washing, and lyophilization processes.
- Maintain accurate and complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Ensure adherence to GMP and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing environment.
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc (Life Sciences).
- Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM):
- Experience: 0–6 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc (Life Sciences).
- Location: Ankleshwar & Hyderabad.
General Requirements:
- Strong understanding of GMP and cGMP guidelines.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
