Job Title: Quality Control (QC) – Various Levels

Location: Athal Formulation (OSD) Plant, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for:
- Performing analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced analytical instruments, including:
- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- Dissolution Apparatus
- UV Spectrophotometer
- IR Spectrophotometer
- Thorough review and meticulous maintenance of documentation in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participating in Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including:
- Change Control management
- Deviation investigation and reporting
- Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation
- Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigation
- Performing calibration and routine maintenance of QC instruments to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Conducting stability sample testing and generating comprehensive reports.
- Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) guidelines, and USFDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) regulations.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

Please Note: Freshers with an M.Sc qualification will not be considered for entry-level positions.
Key Skills Preferred:
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, UV Spectrophotometer, IR Spectrophotometer).
- Strong understanding of GLP and cGMP principles.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with stability studies and regulatory audits (USFDA/MHRA).
