Department: Research – ECHO Telementoring Palliative Care Project

Position Type: Project-Based (Contract)

Salary: ₹32,000 per month

Job Description:

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the ECHO Telementoring Palliative Care Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to the research team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of clinical trial activities, including patient recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up.
  • Collect and manage patient data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain study documentation, including case report forms, trial logs, and regulatory documents.
  • Support investigators in ensuring Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance and adherence to study protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, data managers, and sponsors.
  • Facilitate communication within the ECHO Telementoring Project team, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Assist with site operations during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Graduate degree in Science (B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, or related fields).
    • Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
  • Desirable:
    • 1 year of experience in clinical research.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 45 years as of December 2, 2025.
