We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Study Data Manager (2-5 Years Experience)

Job Description:

As a Study Data Manager, you will be responsible for performing clinical study conduct activities throughout the study lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical study conduct activities from study start-up to close-out.
  • Review clinical data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Manage and resolve data discrepancies using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Conduct vendor data reconciliation to ensure data alignment across different sources.
  • Work extensively with industry-leading Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS) such as Medidata RAVE, Veeva, and InForm.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical, data, and sponsor teams to achieve study objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms like Medidata RAVE, Veeva, or InForm.
  • Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. eDC Programmer (2-5 Years Experience)

Job Description:

As an eDC Programmer, you will be responsible for the setup, development, and validation of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for clinical trials. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate collection of clinical data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform study setup activities in EDC platforms, including database design and configuration.
  • Develop and validate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) according to study protocols and requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement edit checks and custom functions to ensure data quality.
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities to ensure system readiness.
  • Develop and maintain scripting in systems such as Rave, InForm, and Veeva to automate data processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with data managers, clinical programmers, and other stakeholders to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in EDC programming using platforms like Medidata Rave, Veeva, or InForm.
  • Experience in developing and implementing edit checks using standard programming languages or EDC-specific tools.
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with clinical data flow and industry standards such as CDISC.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management or eDC Programming.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
