1. Associate / Associate Consultant – Value & Payer Evidence (VPE)
Location: Bangalore, Gurugram
Experience: 0–2 years (Associate), 2–5 years (Associate Consultant)
About the Role:
As a member of the Value & Payer Evidence (VPE) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping pricing, market access, value communication, and evidence strategy for our global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will work on projects that influence how life-saving medications are priced, positioned, and made accessible to patients around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to understand market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and payer perspectives.
- Develop strategic insights and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the formulation of effective market access strategies.
- Support client meetings, workshops, and project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform competitive analysis and value demonstration research, identifying opportunities for differentiation and market penetration.
- Contribute to proposal development, internal initiatives, and innovation projects, helping to drive the growth and development of the VPE practice.
- Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or MBA degree.
- 0–2 years (Associate) / 2–5 years (Associate Consultant) of relevant experience in life sciences or pricing & market access consulting is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with various research methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
2. Analyst – Life Sciences Consulting (1–3 Years)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1–3 years
Role Overview:
As an Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting, you will support consulting projects focused on market assessment, forecasting, real-world evidence, commercial strategy, and health analytics.
