Job Title: Project Associate
Location: Karnataka, India
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Associate, you will be an integral part of our project teams, contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and meticulous progress tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including product, design, content, and development, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation and Tracking: Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and comprehensive documentation to ensure transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare concise and informative weekly status summaries and maintain detailed risk/issue logs to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
- Client Interaction: Assist with client communication, including preparing meeting notes and diligently following up on action items to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Support resource allocation and project prioritization efforts to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on project deliverables before client submission to guarantee accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement and knowledge management initiatives to continuously enhance project management methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proven proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or digital marketing within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones.
