Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Clinical Data Services Associate to contribute to the efficient and accurate management of clinical trial data. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in various aspects of the clinical data lifecycle, from data validation to standardization and integration. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in SAS programming, CDISC SDTM standards, and clinical data management best practices while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform edit check validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Create test cases and write test scripts for database validation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for CRF/eCRF-based clinical studies.
  • Identify and escalate protocol deviations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the management of clinical data management projects.
  • Apply CDISC SDTM standards for data organization and integration.
  • Utilize SAS programming to create clinical datasets and standardize metadata.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, adhering to internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to rotational shift duties based on project needs.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
    • Master of Science (MSc)
    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Experience:

    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Services or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in SAS Clinical programming.
    • Solid understanding of CDISC SDTM standards.
    • Familiarity with clinical domain knowledge and clinical trial designs.
    • Experience with data integration and metadata management tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to quality and adherence to timelines.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
