Job Description
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Kairos R and D Solutions, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trial activities at the investigational site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integrity of the study data, protecting patient safety, and adhering to all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Trial Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trial activities at the investigational site, from study initiation to close-out.
- Protocol Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Indian regulatory requirements.
- Subject Management: Manage subject recruitment, informed consent process, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits according to protocol requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely source documentation, complete case report forms (CRFs) meticulously, and ensure data integrity.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the investigational site, sponsor, and monitors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring and Audits: Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring all documentation is readily available and accurate.
- Documentation: Maintain essential study documents, including Investigator Site Files (ISF), logs, and accountability records, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior team members on compliance requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices in clinical research.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience coordinating clinical trials.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, Indian regulatory requirements, and ethical principles in clinical research.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
