Job Title: Process Associate (Banking Domain)

Location: Elcot Economic Zone, Sholinganallur, Medavakkam High Road, Chennai – 600119

Job Overview:

As a Process Associate in the Banking Domain at HCLTech, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound voice interactions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to quality and compliance standards. This role requires a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound voice calls related to banking processes.
  • Understand customer concerns, analyze their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to established communication and process quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Work efficiently across rotational and night shifts as required by the business.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and completely.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Who Can Apply:

  • Any graduate (UG/PG) from the 2025 batch is eligible to apply, including those with backlogs.
  • Acceptable Degrees: BA, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BSW, B.Lit, MA, MBA, M.Com, MSc (non-IT), etc.

Who Cannot Apply:

  • B.E / B.Tech graduates
  • M.Sc CS / IT and MCA graduates
  • Any Engineering or Technical degree holders

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.
  • Comfortable working with voice processes and handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
