Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to the success of our growing organization. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans and QMS documentation.
- Manage Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT/OOC, Market Complaints, and Product Recall processes.
- Conduct daily cGMP rounds, internal & external audits, and audit compliance reporting.
- Prepare protocols and reports for Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Equipment Qualification.
- Perform in-line, pre-final, and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Lead and train quality and production staff on GMP requirements.
- Plan preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown management for equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for qualification and validation activities.
- Ensure the timely release and dispatch of finished products.
- Maintain accurate BMR/BPR and engineering documentation.
Available Positions and Experience Required
- QC Manager: 12-15 years of experience
- QA Executive: 6-7 years of experience
- Production Executive: 3-4 years of experience
- Engineering: 5-6 years of experience
Requirements
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in USFDA / MHRA / WHO-GMP compliant pharmaceutical plants is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of QMS, cGMP, validation processes, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with Pharmacloud or similar software is preferred.
- Strong leadership, auditing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
