Job Summary
We are seeking talented individuals to fill positions in our Production, Quality Control, and Safety Departments. Successful candidates will contribute to the manufacturing and quality assurance of our globally exported APIs, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Production Chemist:
- Assist in the manufacturing process of APIs according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Quality Control Chemist:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various techniques, including HPLC, GC, and wet lab analysis.
- Interpret analytical data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and analysis.
- Participate in the validation and calibration of analytical equipment.
- Investigate and resolve out-of-specification results.
- Safety Department Officer:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
Requirements
- Production Chemist:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry, or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Quality Control Chemist:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
- 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and wet lab analysis is preferred.
- Safety Department Officer:
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety or Chemical Engineering.
- Additional certifications such as ADIS/PDIS are preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a safety role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
