Key Responsibilities (Department-wise):
1. Quality Control (QC):
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques.
- Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and dissolution apparatus.
- Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and stability reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
2. Production:
- Operate and oversee granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing lines.
- Execute batch manufacturing processes as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR).
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions to maintain Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
- Monitor yield and productivity parameters to optimize production efficiency.
3. Engineering:
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Perform calibration and qualification of machines (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) to maintain equipment integrity and compliance.
- Manage utilities such as HVAC systems, water systems, and compressed air systems to ensure a stable and compliant manufacturing environment.
- Support plant engineering projects and assist in the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation or API manufacturing.
- Qualification: Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate degree.
- Availability: Candidates currently working or immediately available will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits:
- Compensation: Competitive salary package ranging from ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹8.5 Lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and department.
