Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Chemists/Analysts to ensure the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for performing routine and stability analysis, operating and maintaining analytical instruments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with a strong analytical chemistry foundation are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and stability analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using both wet lab techniques and advanced instrumentation.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Polarimeter, and other relevant equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) throughout the testing process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive QC documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), working standards records, and volumetric solution preparations.
- Participate in investigations related to Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, as well as other deviations, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by production schedules, ensuring continuous QC support.
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to established safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc Chemistry (full-time regular course only) from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Experienced Candidates: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: Exceptional academic records and a strong foundation in analytical chemistry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to ICH, USFDA, and EU regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments, particularly HPLC and GC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
