Role Overview:

As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team and providing technical expertise for Medtronic’s innovative Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio. This is an entry-level position that provides a solid foundation for a rewarding career in clinical support and medical device technology. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to the success of CRM therapies and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Education and Support: Provide on-site clinical education and consulting to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of Medtronic CRM devices.
  • Field Team Collaboration: Support field personnel to ensure optimal device performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver seamless service to Medtronic customers.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategic sales and clinical support plans, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Professional Development: Participate in conventions, workshops, forums, and meetings to enhance product knowledge, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and increase product awareness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Lead, Management, and Regional Sales Team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and support growth opportunities in the cardiac rhythm management therapy space, contributing to the expansion of Medtronic’s market presence.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert for Medtronic cardiac rhythm management devices, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Deliver assigned projects with close supervision, adhering to standard processes and quality standards.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to device performance and clinical outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 0 years of experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge: Strong theoretical knowledge in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical sciences.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Alternative Qualification (APAC Region): High School Diploma + minimum 4 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
