Job Description:
As a Clinical Support Specialist – Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Clinical Leads within the Digital Health Sciences (DHS) team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and integrity of clinical data collected during global clinical trials. This involves coordinating rater processing, conducting rigorous quality checks, and managing Learning Management System (LMS) controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rater Processing: Conduct rater processing activities in accordance with established Qualification Methodology.
- Guideline Development: Assist Clinical Leads in developing clear and comprehensive guidelines for rater remediation.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough QC checks on rater processing documentation to identify and address any discrepancies.
- Remediation Support: Support the creation of remediation templates for scoring evaluations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Endpoint Reliability Tracking: Update Endpoint Reliability trackers to ensure data is analysis-ready and meets stringent quality standards.
- Data Review: Perform selected data edit flag reviews for DHS programs, contributing to the overall data integrity.
- LMS Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on LMS course training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with raters, GPM teams, and Clinical Leads.
- Administrative Support: Handle additional administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the DHS team.
- Culture: Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused, and site-friendly clinical culture within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a matrix organizational structure.
- Business-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and achieving results.
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or multiple therapeutic areas.
- Understanding of drug development and clinical trial processes.
- Experience with PROs/COAs (Patient-Reported & Clinical Outcome Assessments).
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and global teams.
