- Venue: Gufic Biosciences Limited, N.H. 48, Near Grid, Navsari – 396424, Gujarat
- Job Location: Navsari, Gujarat (On-site – Manufacturing Plant)
Open Positions:
We are seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:
- Production (Lyophilized & Sterile Injectables)
- Quality Assurance (IPQA, Validation, QMS, Documentation)
- Quality Control (Chemical, Instrumentation, Microbiology)
- Engineering / Maintenance (Injectables Plant)
Key Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but generally include:
Production (Lyophilized & Sterile Injectables):
- Operating and maintaining lyophilizers, vial washing machines, tunnel sterilizers, filling lines, and sealing equipment.
- Performing batch manufacturing and filling operations in Grade A/B/C/D cleanroom environments.
- Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance (IPQA, Validation, QMS, Documentation):
- Conducting in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks, performing line clearances, and reviewing batch records.
- Participating in qualification and validation activities for equipment, processes, and systems.
- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Managing documentation related to manufacturing processes and quality control.
Quality Control (Chemical, Instrumentation, Microbiology):
- Performing testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples according to established procedures.
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and IR spectrophotometers.
- Conducting microbiological testing and ensuring compliance with sterility assurance requirements.
Engineering / Maintenance (Injectables Plant):
- Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on lyophilizers and other sterile manufacturing equipment.
- Managing utilities such as HVAC systems, Water For Injection (WFI) systems, and pure steam generation.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma / ITI / BE in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–10 years of hands-on experience in sterile or lyophilized injectable manufacturing is mandatory.
- Exposure: Experience with USFDA, MHRA, EU, or WHO audits is preferred.
- Joining Preference: Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be given preference.

- Thorough understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for sterile manufacturing.
