Summary:

As an Analyst within our Center of Excellence (COE), you will be instrumental in supporting our global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact consulting projects across commercial, R&D, and strategic domains. You will engage in market research, data analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst – COE, you will play a vital role in supporting our consulting projects. Your responsibilities will span strategic and analytical work, client and project support, commercial and market strategy development, and internal contributions.

Strategic & Analytical Work:

  • Conduct thorough secondary market research, competitive intelligence gathering, and insightful data analytics to inform project decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations, client presentations, and actionable business insights.
  • Identify and analyze relevant datasets, applying critical thinking to develop evidence-based solutions for our clients’ challenges.

Client & Project Support:

  • Assist with cross-functional project management, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, business processes, and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop structured storyboards, comprehensive reports, and compelling executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Commercial & Market Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of launch planning strategies, market access initiatives, customer engagement programs, and product positioning strategies.
  • Communicate research findings and strategic insights through clear and concise text, visually engaging presentations, and interactive analytics dashboards.

Internal Contributions:

  • Participate in the development of proposals, contribute to business development activities, identify process improvements, and assist in internal training initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly driven and qualified individual who meets the following requirements:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and research capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of business principles.

Desired Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in business or life sciences.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or biotech industries.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end pharma/biotech value chain.
  • Exposure to life sciences R&D operations.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs.
