Analyst – Data & Process Management

Job Description:
As an Analyst – Data & Process Management, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, governance, security, and process optimization for Sanofi’s global business units. This role involves supporting medical, commercial, and digital teams through advanced analytics, dashboards, reporting, and BI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Governance:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all organizational data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, redundancies, and quality gaps.
- Maintain metadata, business rules, and requirement documents.
- Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and governance policies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Create, refresh, and optimize reports using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other relevant tools.
- Build interactive dashboards for key business stakeholders.
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Support deal tracking analytics and reporting needs.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for cross-functional teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with global teams and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Lead and develop operations associates to foster team growth.
- Ensure compliance with Sanofi’s risk and quality frameworks.
- Coordinate project planning, timelines, and budgeting.
Process Excellence:
- Support medical/field writing teams through the delivery of high-quality data.
- Maintain rigorous QC checks for recurring reports to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to innovation, automation, and process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MSc/Statistics/Analytics/Engineering).
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in pharma data management.
- Strong experience in:
- AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, Informatica.
- IQVIA, APLD, SFMC, Veeva, Google Analytics.
- Pharma sales and marketing datasets.
- Familiarity with data governance, stewardship, and compliance.
