Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Quality Assurance (IPQA):
- Perform in-process checks for oral solid dosage forms to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct line clearance activities, meticulously review batch records, and maintain accurate GMP documentation.
- Perform sampling of in-process and finished products to guarantee product quality.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough analysis of samples using sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Manage stability studies, adhere to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines, and participate in method validation processes.
PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control):
- Develop and execute production plans to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Manage material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with various departments across the supply chain and prepare insightful MIS reports.
Engineering:
- Maintain process instruments and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform calibration, and conduct preventive maintenance activities (OSD experience mandatory).
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MSc Chemistry degree is mandatory for Quality roles.
- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in relevant engineering field is required for Engineering roles.
- Candidates should possess 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical formulations OSD unit.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
