Job Overview
As a Clinical Data Science Associate, you will be at the forefront of clinical trial data analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, interpret, and manage clinical trial data, providing valuable insights to research teams and supporting evidence-based decision-making. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical analyses on clinical trial datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations, project management, and other cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
- Contribute to the development of analytical tools, interactive dashboards, and innovative data science models to streamline data workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, engaging presentations, and concise data summaries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science, including new AI tools and evolving clinical analytics standards, to continually improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Previous experience in data analysis within a clinical research or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, SAS, and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
