Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other relevant regulatory standards. You will be responsible for various QA activities, including documentation control, in-process quality assurance, deviation handling, batch record review, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System (QMS) Management: Maintain and manage QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Conduct IPQA activities on the shop floor, monitoring production processes and identifying potential quality issues.
- Deviation, Investigation, and CAPA Handling: Effectively handle deviations, conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes, and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Batch Record Review and Release: Perform detailed batch record reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and regulations, and release batches for distribution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements from agencies such as USFDA, EU, and WHO.
- Audits and Inspections: Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, IPQA, deviation handling, and CAPA principles.
- Skills:
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preference: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
