- Venue: Block No. 2, 3, 4, 5, Sigma Commerce Zone, Near Iskcon Mandir BRTS Bus Stand, Ambli Bopal Road, Ahmedabad – 380015
Open Positions & Departments:
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Production – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: Inspection, Granulation, Compression & Wurster Coating
- Executive / Sr. Executive: Granulation, Compression
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining production equipment related to OSD manufacturing.
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitoring process parameters and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of production activities.
2. Engineering
- Executive / Senior Executive Engineer (HVAC Qualification & Validation)
- Operator / Technician: BMS/HVAC, Utility, Process Equipment (Fitter & Electrician)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the qualification and validation of HVAC systems in the manufacturing facility.
- Managing the Building Management System (BMS) and ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintaining utility systems, including water, steam, and compressed air.
- Troubleshooting and repairing process equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Packing
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: CVC Bottle Line
- Officer / Sr. Executive: CVC Bottle Line
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining CVC bottle line equipment.
- Ensuring proper labeling and packaging of finished products.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintaining accurate records of packing activities.
- Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
4. Quality Control
- Executive / Sr. Executive Analyst: Raw Material, Finished Product, Stability
Responsibilities:
- Performing analytical testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Interpreting test results and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Documenting test procedures and results accurately.
- Participating in method validation and equipment qualification activities.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
5. Quality Assurance
- Executive / Sr. Executive: AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing analytical data and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Performing audits of analytical laboratories and processes.
- Investigating deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Participating in regulatory inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E/B.Tech
- Experience: 3 to 15 years in relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing functions
- Job Location: Zydus SEZ-II Unit, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary Range (Expected):
₹3.6 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience, role & interview performance)
