We are hosting a walk-in drive in Vapi, Gujarat, on December 7th, 2025, to fill multiple production roles. Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Manufacturing – Experience Operators (Injectables)

  • Education: Diploma / B.Sc (any stream)
  • Experience: 2–12 years of experience in the manufacturing of injectables.
  • Key Skills: Proficient in the operation of vial washing, filling, capping, sealing, compounding, terminal sterilization (autoclave), stopper processing, and aseptic area activities.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operate and maintain injectable manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Perform in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines.
    • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues to supervisors.
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities.

2. Manufacturing – Supervisors (Injectables Upstream/Downstream)

  • Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc (full-time) with 6–10 years of experience OR B.Pharm with 8–12 years of experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in people management within a USFDA-regulated injectable manufacturing environment.
  • Must Have: Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, excellent leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing operators.
    • Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
    • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues.
    • Participate in investigations of deviations and implement corrective actions.

3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialist (SES)

  • Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in Pharma / Chemicals / FMCG / Food & Beverages / Cosmetics industries.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
    • Conduct root-cause analysis of equipment failures and implement solutions.
    • Develop and implement equipment reliability plans.
    • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
    • Ensure equipment complies with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range (CTC):

  • Operators: ₹4.0 – ₹8.5 LPA
  • Supervisors: ₹9.0 – ₹14.0 LPA
  • Sr Equipment Specialist: ₹8.0 – ₹13.0 LPA

Actual CTC will be based on experience, current CTC, and negotiation.
