Responsibilities:

As a Content Writer (Pharma), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation: Develop scientifically accurate and engaging content for a variety of platforms, including websites, brochures, presentations, training materials, and social media.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Create structured content covering diverse topics such as clinical research, pharmaceuticals, regulatory affairs, and healthcare operations.
  • Internal Communications: Prepare job descriptions, recruitment materials, and internal communication documents to support human resources and employee engagement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Draft compelling marketing materials, newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts to promote Samahitha’s services and expertise.
  • Collaboration and Information Gathering: Work closely with internal teams to collect relevant information and translate it into professional, well-written content.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Meticulously edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with organizational standards and brand guidelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with clinical research terminology, ICH-GCP guidelines, and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone, branding, and formatting across all documents to reinforce Samahitha’s professional image.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc.), or Pharmaceutical Sciences is mandatory.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Life Sciences (M.Sc.) is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Scientific Understanding: Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts into clear and easily understandable language.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of pharmaceutical, medical, and clinical research terminology is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills are critical.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Social Media: Understanding of social media content creation is a plus.
