Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Executives and Senior Executives to contribute to our dynamic teams in Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Development, Stores & Warehouse, Information Technology, Utility & Maintenance, and Engineering. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our manufacturing facilities, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific department, but may include:
- Production (Manufacturing & Packing): Operating reactors, centrifuges, and dryers; handling API and intermediate batches; ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Quality Control (Chemical & Instrumentation): Performing HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analysis; conducting stability studies; maintaining accurate GLP documentation.
- Quality Assurance (IPQA, QMS, Validation): Conducting IPQA and AQA activities; managing QMS documentation; participating in qualification and validation activities.
- Process Development Lab (PD Lab / R&D): Performing scale-up studies; facilitating technology transfer; optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Engineering/Utility (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation): Performing preventive maintenance on reactors, boilers, chillers, and AHU systems.
- Stores/Warehouse: Managing material inventory; operating SAP systems; ensuring efficient material handling.
- Information Technology (IT): Providing IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.E / B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in API, CDMO, or intermediate manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU-GMP preferred).
- Preference: Experience working in regulated plants and reputed CDMO/API companies is highly desirable.
- Availability: Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.

Salary:
