Job Roles & Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our production ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently operating sophisticated machinery used in tablet and liquid pharmaceutical production.
- Process Management: Hands-on involvement in granulation, compression, and tablet coating processes.
- Packaging Operations: Managing end-to-end blister packing and general tablet packaging activities to ensure product integrity.
- Liquid Manufacturing: Supporting the preparation, processing, and filling of liquid pharmaceutical formulations.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Collaboration: Partnering with production and quality teams to maintain high productivity levels while ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong fundamental understanding of production equipment, mechanical systems, and manufacturing workflows.
- Skills (Preferred): Candidates with prior hands-on experience in granulation, compression, coating, and liquid dosage manufacturing will be given preference.
