Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

  • Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in International BPO/Customer Service)

  • Key Skills:

    • Voice Process handling (inbound & outbound calls)

    • Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, ERP systems, MS Office

    • Excellent verbal & written English communication

    • Customer support or HR process background preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and log all cases in the tracking system

  • Provide Tier 2 HR support related to recruitment and Workday (ATS)

  • Guide customers through self-service portals

  • Perform security verification (as per GDPR & company policies)

  • Make outbound calls for escalations/resolutions if required

  • Resolve issues within SLA and aim for 100% customer satisfaction

  • Follow escalation procedures when necessary
