Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (both accepted)
- Experience: 1 – 4 years in International Voice Process ( Freshers not eligible)
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts (24/7 support)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve international customer queries via voice support
- Manage escalations & complaints with best possible resolutions
- Ensure closure of faults/complaints within SLA timelines
- Deliver customer service that transforms into a value-generating service
- Work as an individual contributor under team supervision
- Follow standard processes and guidelines to resolve routine problems
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken English (neutral/clear accent)
- Problem-solving skills with logical reasoning
- Adaptability & flexibility to handle different situations
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Quick learner with results-driven mindset
