Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (both accepted)
  • Experience: 1 – 4 years in International Voice Process ( Freshers not eligible)
  • Must be flexible with rotational shifts (24/7 support)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve international customer queries via voice support
  • Manage escalations & complaints with best possible resolutions
  • Ensure closure of faults/complaints within SLA timelines
  • Deliver customer service that transforms into a value-generating service
  • Work as an individual contributor under team supervision
  • Follow standard processes and guidelines to resolve routine problems

Skills Required:

  • Excellent spoken English (neutral/clear accent)
  • Problem-solving skills with logical reasoning
  • Adaptability & flexibility to handle different situations
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Quick learner with results-driven mindset
