About the Role

As a Production team member, you will play a vital role in our sterile manufacturing operations. You will work under the guidance of industry experts to ensure that our products meet the highest global quality standards. This position is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of aseptic practices, BMR documentation, and modern pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution: Assist in sterile manufacturing processes while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and aseptic hygiene standards.
• Technical Support: Perform equipment cleaning, setup, and basic operational tasks under supervision.
• Documentation: Assist in the preparation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and documentation related to batch production.
• Quality & Compliance: Support media fills, process validation, and trial batches. Ensure all activities comply with cleanroom protocols.
• Safety & Maintenance: Actively report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety hazards. Maintain the highest standards of safety, personal hygiene, and facility housekeeping.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree.
• Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Candidates with prior knowledge of parenteral manufacturing (vials, ampoules, or bottles) will be given preference.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) technology and GMP guidelines is highly desirable.
• Professional Attributes: Ability to work in a disciplined environment, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
