Responsibilities

Production Trainee

• Assist in comprehensive sterile manufacturing operations under strict aseptic conditions.
• Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform equipment operation and cleaning protocols under professional supervision.
• Support batch manufacturing activities in alignment with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Maintain rigorous cleanroom discipline and follow precise gowning procedures to ensure a sterile environment.
• Accurately record all production data in logbooks and batch records.
• Provide support during media fill, validation studies, and trial batch production.
• Promptly report any deviations, equipment breakdowns, or safety concerns to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, personal hygiene, and facility housekeeping.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Support various QA functions, including Validation, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Regulatory Compliance.
• Participate in departmental documentation and quality control activities.
• Ensure that all sterile and non-sterile dosage forms meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc or B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree holders.
• Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, a fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical processes, and the ability to work in a highly regulated, sterile environment.
