Job Role: Production Chemist/Manufacturing Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of parenteral production, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and handle basic chemical solutions, including mixing and batch processing.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing processes related to Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) technology, vials, ampoules, and bottles.
- Accurately record critical process parameters and maintain comprehensive batch documentation.
- Support packing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and participating in remediation tasks.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and cleanroom protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and processes and maintain equipment hygiene.
- Participate in the management of quality systems, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Control Notices (CCN), deviations, and investigations.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and improve production efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or related scientific field.
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sterile manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterile formulation principles, and cleanroom behavior.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and associated documentation requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
