Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) using analysis and calls

• Resolve claims via payments, re-submissions, or appeals

• Identify denial trends, billing issues, and reporting patterns

• Meet SLAs for productivity and quality

• Maintain accurate updates in the billing system

• Follow and adapt to process P&Ps (policies and procedures)

• Good analytical and logical thinking
