Job Overview
We are hiring for the following departments and roles:
- Departments: Production (OSD & Injectable), Packing (OSD), Production (API & Kilo Lab), API (Hydrogenation), and Warehouse (Formulation & API).
- Job Roles: Technical Officer, Junior Executive, Executive, and Senior Executive.
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to perform the following duties based on their assigned department:
- Production (OSD & Injectable): Manage granulation, compression, coating, and filling processes. Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in strict compliance with SOPs, BMR, and cGMP guidelines. Handle aseptic processes and maintain accurate equipment logs.
- Packing (OSD): Operate high-end blister and bottle packing machines (such as CAM, IMA, and CVC). Ensure precise serialization, documentation, and adherence to all cGMP quality standards.
- Production (API & Kilo Lab): Execute batch processes utilizing reactors and centrifuges. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain rigorous compliance with quality documentation and standard operating procedures.
- API (Hydrogenation): Manage specialized hydrogenation and chemical processing equipment. Execute complex unit operations including distillation, crystallization, filtration, fluorination, esterification, and amination.
- Warehouse: Oversee the storage of raw materials and finished goods. Manage inventory, conduct dispensing, and maintain accurate records within the SAP system while ensuring total adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E/B.Tech (Chemical), or M.Sc (Chemistry/Relevant Field).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to working in a regulated, high-quality environment.
