Eligibility

  • Medical Representative (MR):

    • Qualification: B. Pharm / D. Pharm / B.Sc (Biology, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, General Science)

    • Age limit: Up to 25 years

    • Experience: Freshers eligible

  • Area Manager:

    • Qualification: B. Pharm / B.Sc (Science) preferred, MBA/PGDM / M.Sc / M.Pharma also accepted

    • Age limit: Up to 35 years

    • Experience: 2–5 years in pharma sales

Job Responsibilities

Medical Representative (MR):

  • Promote and present pharmaceutical products to doctors & pharmacists.

  • Generate prescriptions.

  • Manage distribution channels (stockists, chemists, distributors).

  • Conduct sales promotions, attend medical conferences & meetings.

Area Manager:

  • Lead pharmaceutical sales & marketing activities in assigned HQ.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).

  • Train, motivate, and manage sales team.

  • Sales forecasting, reporting to regional/zonal heads.

  • Build & manage efficient distribution networks.
