Job Responsibilities
Medical Representative (MR):

Promote and present pharmaceutical products to doctors & pharmacists.

Generate prescriptions.

Manage distribution channels (stockists, chemists, distributors).

Conduct sales promotions, attend medical conferences & meetings.
Area Manager:

Lead pharmaceutical sales & marketing activities in assigned HQ.

Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).

Train, motivate, and manage sales team.

Sales forecasting, reporting to regional/zonal heads.

Build & manage efficient distribution networks.
