We are conducting a walk-in interview in Indore on November 30th, 2025, for various positions in Production, Packing, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance. Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to fill multiple positions at our Daman formulation plant. If you have a background in Production, Packing, Warehouse, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance, and are proficient with advanced pharmaceutical machinery and systems, we encourage you to attend our walk-in interview.
Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities for each role will vary depending on the department and position level. However, general responsibilities may include:
- Production: Operating and maintaining production equipment (e.g., Wurster Coating, Granulation (GEA/Glatt), Compression (KORSCH/SEJONG), Coating (Glatt)). Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to cGMP guidelines.
- Packing: Operating and maintaining packing equipment (e.g., Blister Packing (Uhlmann/Elmach), Sachet Filling (Wraptech/Bossar)). Ensuring accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Warehouse: Managing inventory of raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM). Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials. Using SAP and eWMS for inventory management.
- Quality Control: Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Using HPLC (Waters) and other analytical instrumentation. Maintaining accurate records in electronic logbooks and eBMR.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting IPQA, performing line clearances, managing stability studies, and overseeing FP sampling. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
