Job Summary

Almon Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hosting a walk-in interview for dynamic and skilled professionals to join our API manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for positions within our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments. Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Documentation: Oversee and maintain comprehensive documentation, validation processes, and quality system records.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor production lines and quality systems to ensure consistent product standards.
• System Integrity: Conduct internal audits and verify that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed across the plant.

Quality Control (QC)

• Analytical Testing: Perform precise chemical and analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain laboratory instrumentation, ensuring they are calibrated and operational, while keeping accurate, up-to-date test records.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all testing activities are performed with high accuracy and full compliance with internal and industry-standard safety procedures.
• Support: Participate in stability studies and contribute to routine quality verification checks to ensure API integrity.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Candidates must possess a relevant degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc).
• Experience: We are seeking candidates with 1 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: A strong understanding of API manufacturing, analytical lab equipment, and regulatory compliance is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
