Job Highlights

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Any Graduate/PG can apply)

Job Description

  • Provide international voice and chat support to customers

  • Resolve queries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards

  • Deliver accurate information and handle escalations when required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹3,85,000 – ₹4,56,750 LPA
Additional Perks:

  • Zeta Meal Card: ₹13,200 PA

  • Internet Allowance (WFH only): ₹15,000 PA
