Job Description:
As an Apprentice in our Injectable Manufacturing Department, you will play a vital role in the production of life-saving medications. This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to the various aspects of injectable manufacturing, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day injectable production activities, including vial washing, sterilization, filling, capping, and packing.
- Operate and maintain equipment according to strict cGMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support documentation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EU, WHO).
- Participate actively in on-the-job training programs and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the sterile manufacturing area.
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Learn and implement best practices in injectable manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering (graduates from 2023 to 2025 preferred).
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply – no prior experience is required.
- Skills:
- A strong desire to learn and develop in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Adaptable and willing to follow instructions.
