Job Summary:
Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing injectable manufacturing company in India, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our state-of-the-art, regulated injectable facility in Palli village, Kadi (Mehsana district), Gujarat. As a Trainee Associate in Injectable Manufacturing, you will receive comprehensive training in aseptic manufacturing processes, vial filling, lyophilization, and quality compliance, all within a USFDA and EU GMP compliant environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate filling lines, autoclaves, vial washing equipment, and lyophilizers in strict adherence to aseptic conditions.
- Perform in-process checks and meticulous documentation in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR).
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and adhere to strict gowning standards in Grade A/B/C/D classified areas.
- Provide support for media fill validation activities and environmental monitoring programs.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols established within the regulated injectable manufacturing plant.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering; D.Pharm; or B.Sc in Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology (preferred).
- Year of Passing: Completion of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in 2024 or 2025.
- Experience: Freshers only (0 years of experience).
- Skills:
- A strong academic record and a genuine eagerness to learn sterile manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities.
- Location Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Mehsana, Kadi, Kalol, Ahmedabad, or Gandhinagar.
