Quality Assurance Roles – Walk-In Interview
Amneal Pharmaceuticals is conducting a walk-in interview for Quality Assurance professionals to join our injectable plant in Matoda SEZ, Ahmedabad. We are seeking experienced individuals for Officer to Senior Executive positions, as well as fresh graduates for Apprentice roles within our IPQA and IPQA-Environmental Monitoring teams. Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Quality Assurance team. The roles will support the manufacturing of injectable products, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and maintaining the highest quality standards. Available positions range from entry-level apprenticeships to experienced officer and executive roles.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role (IPQA or IPQA-Environmental Monitoring) and experience level. Common responsibilities include:
- IPQA (Officer to Senior Executive):
- Performing line clearances to ensure manufacturing areas are ready for production.
- Reviewing batch records for accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting in-process sampling according to established procedures.
- Investigating deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- IPQA – Environmental Monitoring (Officer to Senior Executive):
- Performing viable and non-viable environmental monitoring in controlled areas.
- Monitoring aseptic area behavior to ensure sterility.
- Conducting personnel monitoring to assess hygiene practices.
- Analyzing environmental monitoring data and identifying trends.
- Apprentices (IPQA & IPQA-EM):
- Assisting senior team members with daily tasks.
- Learning and applying basic GMP principles.
- Understanding Schedule M, 21 CFR, and ICH guidelines.
- Participating in environmental monitoring activities (for IPQA-EM apprentices).
- Learning sterilization techniques (for IPQA-EM apprentices).
Requirements
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (IPQA):
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc).
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (IPQA – Environmental Monitoring):
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc) in Microbiology.
- 2–8 years of experience in environmental monitoring within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of viable and non-viable monitoring techniques.
- Apprentice (IPQA):
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of GMP principles.
- Apprentice (IPQA – Environmental Monitoring):
- Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc) in Microbiology.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
