Eligibility

Qualification: B.Pharm, B.Sc, ITI, Diploma

Experience: 2 – 6 years in OSD manufacturing (preferably in regulatory/21 CFR compliance environment)
Required Expertise

Areas: Coating, Granulation, Compression, Bottle Packing

Machines: RMG, FBE, V-Blender, Fette compression, Auto coaters, CVC Line, Track & Trace packaging line

Knowledge of:

21 CFR compliance & SCADA operation
-
cGMP requirements & QMS (Change control, CAPA, Deviation, Documentation)

Equipment operation, cleaning & maintenance

Material movement as per Batch Manufacturing Records

IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment

ALCOA & ALCOA++ principles
