APDM Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Plant located at Sakodara, Bavla (Ahmedabad), is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our Quality Control Department.
Current Openings:
1. Officer / Sr. Officer – Quality Control
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience: 2–4 years (EU/USFDA audit exposure is mandatory)
2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Control
- No. of Positions: 05
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience: 4–6 years (EU/USFDA audit exposure is mandatory)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution and other QC instruments.
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, GLP, GDP, ALCOA++ and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in accurate documentation and compliance with laboratory standards.
Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, and SOPs within the QC laboratory.
- Perform analysis and release of raw materials, packing materials, in-process & finished products as per defined specifications.
- Handle laboratory QMS activities – Change Control, Deviation, OOS, OOT, Incidents.
- Conduct AMV, method verification, and method transfer activities.
- Manage calibration of laboratory instruments as per schedule and coordinate with service providers.
- Ensure timely procurement of chemicals, standards, columns, and consumables.
- Review and execute technology transfer documentation.
- Develop and implement effective QC strategies in line with regulatory guidelines.
