We are currently hiring for the following positions in Andhra Pradesh:
1. Quality Control Chemist – API (Visakhapatnam)
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Chemist to join our API manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the independent handling and troubleshooting of analytical instruments, analysis of API samples, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M.Sc Chemistry
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently handle and troubleshoot HPLC systems (Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu).
- Perform analysis of in-process, intermediate, and finished API samples according to established procedures.
- Investigate and manage Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, deviations, change controls, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Perform instrument calibration and maintain accurate GMP documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in a regulated API QC laboratory (USFDA/MHRA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and KF techniques.
- Excellent understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Proven ability to maintain data integrity and adhere to GMP standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹7.5 Lakhs per annum + incentives
2. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Solvent Recovery System (SRS) (Srikakulam)
Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee our Solvent Recovery System (SRS) operations in Srikakulam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising distillation, filtration, evaporation, and solvent recovery processes, ensuring optimal solvent recovery while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Location: Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise distillation, filtration, evaporation, and other solvent recovery operations.
- Maximize solvent recovery efficiency while minimizing losses and ensuring zero contamination.
- Ensure uninterrupted SRS operations without impacting main production schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in all solvent handling processes.
- Coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in multi-stage distillation and thin-film evaporators/ATFD systems.
- Proven track record in managing solvent recovery plants within an API/Bulk drug manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of solvent recovery principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Salary: ₹12 – ₹18 Lakhs per annum + annual bonus
