Position Overview: EHS (Process Safety)

We are currently expanding our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team and are looking for dedicated individuals to join as Process Safety Professionals. This role is essential in ensuring that our manufacturing operations adhere to stringent safety protocols, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of safety-first performance.

• Department: EHS – API Division
• Location: Pydibhimavaram, Ranasthalam, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh
• Eligibility: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers from the 2025/2026 batches are encouraged to apply)
• Work Shift: Rotational Shifts (Note: Preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of shift requirements.)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

As an EHS Process Safety professional, you will be responsible for:

• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Evaluating manufacturing processes to identify potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Process Safety Management (PSM): Upholding organizational safety standards to ensure the integrity of our API production systems.
• Risk Assessment: Conducting regular site-wide risk evaluations to prevent workplace accidents and ensure environmental compliance.
• Management of Change (MOC): Overseeing the MOC process to ensure that any adjustments to equipment or procedures are safety-vetted.
• Incident Investigation: Leading investigations into near-misses or incidents to determine root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Compliance & HAZOP: Ensuring active participation in Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies and maintaining adherence to both internal and statutory safety regulations.
