Job Description:
We are currently hiring for Research Associate and Senior Research Associate positions within our Analytical R&D department, specifically focused on formulation analysis. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of analytical techniques and a proven track record in HPLC method development and validation within a formulation setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and operation of analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, KF Titrator and other relevant equipment.
- Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, adhering to ICH and other relevant regulatory guidelines (USP, FDA).
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including analytical protocols, method validation reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and stability summary reports.
- Manage working standards, impurity standards, and reference standards according to established procedures.
- Compile, review, and archive raw data in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data integrity principles.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and stability study protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Conduct stability studies on pharmaceutical formulations.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and propose solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience:
- Research Associate: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Formulation Analytical R&D.
- Senior Research Associate: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Formulation Analytical R&D.
- Essential Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience in HPLC method development and validation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, FDA) and data integrity principles.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with stability studies and regulatory submissions.
- Familiarity with dissolution testing.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in operating and troubleshooting HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, KF Titrator and other routine analytical instruments.
- Proficiency in chromatographic data analysis software (e.g., Waters Empower).
- Strong documentation skills with a commitment to GLP compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
