Job Overview

Aragen Life Sciences Ltd is currently seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our production team as Production Chemists. We are hosting a three-day walk-in interview event to identify candidates who possess the technical expertise to operate critical pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and ensure our production processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of manufacturing equipment and the documentation of production activities. Your core duties will include:

Equipment Operation and Maintenance: You will be tasked with the hands-on operation of complex industrial equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers), various types of Dryers, and specialized machinery such as LF, NF, SF, MM, and Micro Niger. A deep understanding of these systems is essential to ensure operational excellence.

Process Coordination and Quality Assurance: Collaboration is central to our success. You will work closely with the Production and Quality Control (QC) teams to manage the sampling of intermediates. Furthermore, you will work alongside the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that all production activities are fully compliant with current documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

Calibration and Record Keeping: Precision is non-negotiable in our industry. You will be responsible for the regular calibration of weighing balances and must maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all equipment usage and batch production data.

Inventory and Status Tracking: You will be responsible for monitoring the inventory of intermediates and ensuring that status boards on the production floor are accurately updated to reflect the progress of ongoing batches.

Incident Management: We prioritize safety and quality above all else. You will be expected to monitor processes for any potential deviations or operational incidents. When a deviation is identified, you must be capable of recognizing the issue, documenting it, and escalating it to higher management to facilitate prompt corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Candidates should demonstrate:

* Technical proficiency in handling chemical reactors and separation equipment.
* A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols within a laboratory or plant setting.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate production logs and status documentation.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between production, quality control, and quality assurance departments.
* The ability to remain vigilant and proactive in identifying and escalating process deviations to prevent quality issues.
