Available Job Roles

API Division:

• Production: 1–8 years of experience.
• Quality Assurance: 4–10 years of experience (Specialization in Validation, QMS, and Analytical QA).
• Quality Control: 8–12 years of experience (Proficiency in HPLC, GC, GLP, and QMS).
• Solvent Recovery Plant (SRP): 1–4 years of experience.
• Research & Development: 1–2 years of experience.
• Engineering / Maintenance: 1–4 years of experience.

Fine Chemicals Division:

• Production: 2–6 years of experience.
• Engineering & Maintenance:
  • Assistant Manager (B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering).
  • Fitters (ITI).
  • Electricians (Diploma).
• Operational Roles:
  • Scrubber Operators (2–5 years of experience).
  • Chlorine Operators (2–5 years of experience).
• Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): 1–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for upholding the high manufacturing standards of Arène Lifesciences. Key duties include:

• Executing production operations within the API and chemical manufacturing units.
• Ensuring total compliance with GMP, GLP, and QMS regulatory standards.
• Performing critical analytical testing using advanced instrumentation, including HPLC and GC.
• Managing necessary documentation and validation processes.
• Monitoring equipment performance and overseeing scheduled maintenance activities.
• Strictly adhering to all organizational safety and environmental protocols.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the relevant technical qualifications and hands-on experience in API bulk drug manufacturing.

• Educational Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Tech (Mechanical), or relevant Diploma/ITI trades.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry is mandatory for most positions.
